[...] I saw the treehouse on XStreet, pretty sure. So I went to Blue Pearl and had my heart broken. I love the place but it’s too big! But Blue Pearl has something for just about everyone. Beach houses for basic 512 plots, 39-49 prims at $L 500-650-750; 1024 plot-sized at $L 850, swimming pools and lighthouses, as well as my favorite Treehouse that fills a 30×30 parcel with only 302 prims for less than $L 2K. Many of these homes come with Radio, Security, working lights and privacy shades. I was chatting with Alidar Moxie at the time, who was just not inspired to build yet another place for her Introverts of the Grid group. I mentioned Blue Pearl and she checked it out. Looks like some of this story got cut off. Glad it was well attended. I was considering showing up but then my Cable/Internet went down about midday yesterday and didn’t return till the wee hours of the morning.
